Fabulous '50s Class Descriptions

Low Impact
Get your cardio in this fun low impact class. The moves are basic and easy on the joints.

Strength & Stretch
Strengthen and tone utilizing 3-12 pound dumbbells. This class includes a stretching segment to increase overall flexibility.

Strengthing
Increase strength, agility, flexibility, balance and control in this gentle class.

Cardio
This aerobic class will provide a variety of low impact and basic step for a total body workout.

BODYPUMP
Beginning with a general warm-up, participants are led through a series of exercises including squats, lunges, presses, lifts and curls. The focus is on correct lifting technique using light to moderate weights and high repetitions.
