Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Our group fitness program emphasizes safe, effective, progressive classes. We offer over 80 classes per week, which cater to all fitness levels and are taught by Nationally Certified Instructors. Aerobics, Step, Strengthening, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, Kickboxing, RPM and Pulse Cycling classes are taught. Enjoy our unique Aerobafloor and large group fitness room. The Ultimate Dance Party Workout: An intoxicating pot-pourri of movement and music, BODYJAM is the world’s ultimate dance-based workout.


BODYATTACK is a cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises.


BODYCOMBAT is the Workout with Punch. It is a high-energy cardiovascular training class that combines moves from wide range of martial arts disciplines. BODYPUMP is hailed as the Fastest Way in the Universe to Get in Shape. BODYPUMP is a strength and endurance training class where muscles collide! Low on complexity but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability. EVERY BODY is successful in BODYPUMP. Suitable for just about "EVERYBODY."


BODYFLOW will change the way you feel forever. You will stand straighter and feel stronger. You will experience flexibility, balance and core strength linked with smooth transitions and moments of calm. Each workout is structured to create harmony between breath and movement, action and relaxation, awareness and concentration. Sticky mat recommended!

Target Zone
Target those tricky sticky zones- the abs, lower back and the legs! Featuring 1-minute increments designed to strengthen specific muscle groups, this class will improve stability, balance, flexibility, muscle tone, muscular endurance and more. Feel the 30-minute burn as you work through specifically designed exercise progressions that will target your zones!

Core Strength
A 30-minute class targeting abs, obliques and low back.

Fabulous Fifties
A wonderful class for members 55+. With certified instructors, you will participate in a variety of aerobic conditioning, weight training and stretching activities. Come join the fun!
