Group
Fitness Class Descriptions
Our
group fitness program emphasizes safe, effective, progressive
classes. We offer over 80 classes per week, which cater
to all fitness levels and are taught by Nationally Certified
Instructors. Aerobics, Step, Strengthening, BodyPump,
BodyCombat, BodyFlow, Kickboxing, RPM and Pulse Cycling
classes are taught. Enjoy our unique Aerobafloor and large
group fitness room. Visit our Group Fitness Schedule page
for current schedules; they can also be found in the wall
bins throughout the club. If our schedule doesn't meet
your needs, or if you have questions concerning our aerobic
program, please contact our

of movement and music, BODYJAM is the worlds ultimate
dance-based workout.

BODYATTACK
is a cardiovascular interval training program that combines
high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization

to Get in Shape. BODYPUMP is a strength and endurance
training class where muscles collide! Low on complexity
but high in fun, BODYPUMP has all of the benefits of traditional
weight training combined with time efficiency and predictability.

about "EVERYBODY."

BODYFLOW will change the way you feel forever. You will

and the legs! Featuring 1-minute increments designed to
strengthen specific muscle groups, this class will improve
stability, balance, flexibility, muscle tone, muscular
